Shipping options & price
We do our best to provide the best possible services to our customers based on their individual needs – orders are shipped worldwide with two shipping options: free standard shipping and express shipping.
For free standard shipping, we use Lithuanian post services, this shipping method applies to all items on NordFur shop. Shipping can be upgraded to express shipping on the checkout page.
For express shipping, we use FedEx International Priority shipping method (other carrier companies may be used as well). We have a fixed rate for express shipping – $19.

Processing time
Every item is produced after it is ordered. It can take 1 – 5 days to produce your order, but the average processing time is 1 – 2 business days.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible (but always do our best to inform and help customers about it) for delays due to customs, shipment volume increase worldwide (Holiday season, Christmas, pandemic period, etc.).
Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive it with the order confirmation right after your order is placed.

Lost Packages
If you think your order is lost:
- Check your order tracking status – maybe your order is arriving soon;
- Contact your local post office – your order might be waiting for a pickup;
- Consult customs or post office if your order is not delayed for customs;
- Contact us.
General shipping info
- One order will ship to one location only. For multiple delivery locations you need to make separate orders;
- Orders are dispatched during business days only;
- The shipping address can not be changed after it is shipped. Please contact us if you want to change the shipping address;
- Express shipping will not deliver orders P.O. Boxes;
- We require a phone number for all orders of express shipping;

Shipping & delivery FAQs
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are locations where we are unable to ship to. If it happens that you are in this location we will contact you and will do our best to solve the issue.
How will you ship my order?
All orders will come wrapped in a nice paper, put in a cardboard box. Box size might vary due to the size of the ordered item.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer a gift wrapping services for our orders.

Orders can are shipped from our studio in Vilnius, Lithuania.
