How to return the item?
All products are eligible for a return with a no-questions-asked policy. The garment did not fit, you do not like it you are free to return it within 14 days after the delivery.
If you decide to return your order, please contact us for return information.
Important: every original tag must be attached and items must be in unused condition to receive a full refund.
If the item you have received is damaged in any form please contact us within 48 hours after the delivery.
Your order will be refunded right after it comes back to us.
Replacements
To exchange your item place a new order for a replacement item and return the original order for a full refund. Please contact us for availability or consultation on new order if needed.

- Shipping charges are not refundable;
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only;
- Buyers are responsible for any return costs;
- Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged;
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value;
